- Safeguarding certification
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

**Skills Required**:

- Caring and nurturing attitude
- Ability to provide personal care to children

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Provide personal care and support to children as needed
- Assist in implementing a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual needs
- Foster children's self-confidence, positive self-esteem, and communication skills
- Encourage children to develop self-evaluation skills and positive attitudes towards their achievements
- Ensure equal opportunities for all pupils to facilitate their development
- Collaborate with parents to involve them in their child's education
- Maintain a positive and forward-looking approach to discipline

**Working Conditions**:

- The work will primarily take place during school hours
- The nursery assistant will be part of a busy school environment
- The role involves interacting with children, parents, and teachers on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
