North Home First Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly organised and IT literate senior administrator to support the community therapists in the delivery of their care. The main responsibilities within this role include inputting to a range of electronic patient systems; administering for health funded placements and packages of care by raising orders, updating finance spreadsheets and managing invoicing processes. Additionally the administrator takes action notes and coordinates daily information for the team, orders and manages team supplies. The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner, have an eye for detail, enjoy variety and working within a team.

The role is based at Bodmin but ability to drive and work flexibly across the North and East locality is a necessary. Experience of healthcare or NHS administration is preferred.

This post is offered at 30 hours per week, working daily Monday - Friday.

- To support Community Nursing and other clinical teams with all aspects of administrative duties. To act as the first point of contact for communications between patients, visitors and health professionals (both internal / external).
