Well known and fast growing business in the Crewe area requires a Purchase Ledger Clerk for their growing team.

Reporting to the Purchase ledger Supervisor this is an excellent role for someone who is looking to work in a large organisation that will offer development and progression to the right person along with working in a motivated and vibrant team.

Duties of the role will include:

- Posting of payments
- Management of all unallocated cash
- Monthly statement reconciliations on all suppliers
- Debit balance management
- Aged on hold invoice management
- Dealing with all queries both internal and external in connection to the Purchase Ledger
- To assist the Accounts Payable Tea Leader with the management of the day-to-day process and controls
- Assist in Accounts Payable related projects
- Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast paced environment
- A good understanding of supplier statement reconciliations
- A strong communicator with great relationship building skills.
- Accounts Payable Transactional Experience
- IT skills - Strong Excel/ERP skills
