**Front of House Assistant**

As a Front of House Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

You’ll be working in a team full of fantastic people as a Front of House Assistant. After all, who doesn’t dream about coming into work, doing what they love and spending time with friends?

Who you are:
**Essential Criterias**
Must have more than 2 years’ experience in a front of house role in hotel or a corporate environment setting
Excellent Customer services skills
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, decision making skills
Excellent ability to adapt to diverse situations
Be able to promote the highest standards of personal appearance and friendliness
Be flexibly in hours of work to cover ad-hoc requests such as setting up meeting rooms

**Desirable**:
Hotel Experience
NVQ or similar qualification in customer services
Valid SIA license
