**Job Title**:
Marketing Executive

**Location**:
Tredegar, South Wales

**Hours of work**:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00

**Salary**:
Competitive, depending on skills and experience

**Responsible to**:
Marketing Director

**Main purpose of job**:
To be a part of an International Marketing Team to support and execute a broad range of marketing activities with an emphasis on digital channels for both D2C and B2B markets. This position will play a vital role in developing campaigns for different audiences and monitoring the success - implementing improvements. A desire to learn, an exciting opportunity with an emphasis on progression.

**Qualifications/ experience required**:
Educated to a degree level in a Marketing related discipline.

**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network.
- High standard of written English (spelling and grammar).
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Keen eye for detail, along with ability to proofread own and others work
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to write or edit copy.
- IT skills, including social media and video editing, Microsoft and Adobe packages
- Experience in online and digital marketing, including an understanding of analytics and pay per click advertising
- Ability to manage and update website and social media accounts
- Ability to create new and engaging marketing material and make suggestions on improvements for existing materials
- Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to prioritise own workload and change priorities according to business needs.
- Teamworking skills

**Desirable attributes**:

- Ability to use design software

**Duties include**:

- To conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences.
- To compile, distribute and present ideas, information and campaigns.
- To manage and execute marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
- The ability to write content and proofread creative copy in line with brand and tone.
- To drive awareness of the brand, and create lead generation campaigns for the sales team.
- To update copy on websites and use data analytics.
- To update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- To work within budgets.
- To manage social media campaigns. Develop a steady flow of engaging content across all channels and platforms. Maintain and grow social media presence.
- To work closely with the product management team to develop campaigns for both a D2C and B2B audience.
