An opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic and hard-working Administrator to work in of Nutrition & Dietetics at Ealing Hospital.You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the clinical dietetic team. You must manage your own workload in part time hours. The Ealing dietetic team is a small friendly, supportive team who are part of a larger London Northwest University NHS team across Northwick Park and Central Middlesex Hospitals.

The post will ideally suit someone with a mature outlook who can work effectively as a team member and on their own initiative. You should be educated to a GCSE level or equivalent and have senior level secretarial skills with a good working knowledge MS office

Duties will include providing administrative support for time and also with recruitment and induction of all new team members to the department including dietetic students. Other duties include supporting team with IT systems and producing audit tools for dietitians, booking, and managing appointment queries and producing patient resources. You will also be responsible for purchasing stationery and supporting other support staff
