**Job Overview**:
As the Exams Officer, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of examinations within the school. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of the examination process, ensuring compliance with examination board regulations and providing essential support to both staff and students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the administration of all examinations, including setting up exam venues, distributing papers, and collecting completed scripts.
- Liaise with examination boards, ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
- Manage the examination timetable, making necessary arrangements for clashes or special accommodations.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching staff regarding examination procedures and protocols.
- Oversee the processing of examination results and assist in the distribution of outcome reports.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from students, parents, and external agencies regarding examinations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Exams Officer or in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with examination board regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
