**Internal Sales Executive
- Corrugated Box Packaging**

**Bradford**

**Salary - Dependant on experience**

Currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to help grow the business. You will form part of a new expansion plan within the business with excellent career opportunities and will be instrumental in helping us execute that plan.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Proactively deal with new opportunities that are presented to the business and manage existing accounts within the region.
- Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, margin of existing accounts
- Direct commercial management responsibility for all allocated customers and prospects including: budget/plan delivery, working capital management and cross selling
- Meeting planned growth and retention goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the commercial team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of our commercial team
- Developing our commercial team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organisation and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

**You should have the following skills, experience and/or qualifications**:

- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to demonstrate resilience, drive and have a focus on delivery results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- We want someone who can come with ideas and can be creative around all things business development

**Ideally you will also hold the following**:

- Degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a commercial team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a commercial team
