With a new owner there is a real buzz around the stadium, with significant investment promised both on the field and off the field. In the Conference and Events department, we are boasting investment in all facilities that will enhance those looking to utilise our non-matchday experience. This is an exciting time to join the department as we have high but achievable aspirations and targets for the coming year. In this department we are on a mission to provide the most unique experience, whilst striving to provide the best quality service to all our dedicated fans and customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the event sales department.
- Actively maintaining the event booking systems ensuring all pricing and packages are up to date.
- Input all new event bookings onto the system.
- Responsible for accurately invoicing customers in a timely manner and ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
- Using the booking system, ensuring all contracts are raised, signed and returned within the deadlines set.
- Follow up with all bookings to ensure details relating to the event are obtained, such as event set ups, dietary requirements and package choices.
- Ensure a seamless process for the client to encourage repeat booking.
- Work with the Sales Manager to maximise pre booked revenue where possible.
- Creating table plans and client pre order documents when required.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure all information passed over accordingly.
- Maintaining a streamlined and efficient process.
- General office support.
- Experience providing professional Administration or Sales Administration support is essential.
- Previous experience in a events related environment is desirable.
- Positive and engaging telephone manner.
- Ability to manage own workload accordingly, when working on multiple projects at one time.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience of using a CRM; knowledge of Xero would be beneficial.
- Ability to think effectively on your feet and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time in a fast-paced environment.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic with a can do attitude.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
