An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Superior Wellness team based at our Head Office in Chesterfield.

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our busy logistics team. This role will include planning cost effective accurate delivery routes for our driving team. This role would suit an experienced logistics administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. If you are highly organised, have great communication skills, an excellent national geographical knowledge we would love to hear from you. You will be a team player, able to multi-task in a busy environment, and a self-motivated individual.

**Role & responsibilities**

**Your role will need to change and adapt with the needs of the business. Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Main contact for the UK partner network and all logistic enquiries
- Ensure all logistic calls are answered in a timely manner
- Booking of all partner deliveries
- Reconcile invoices for transport
- Resolve logistic customer complaints
- Cost effective planning of vehicles to meet customer load plans
- Managing and ensuring adequate resources of vehicles and drivers are adhered to
- Ensuring the routes comply with the drivers working time directive hours
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure collections have been complete
- Liaise with the driving team

**Key skills**
- Route planning skills would be an advantage
- Excellent and confident telephone manner
- Ability to use initiative to plan and prioritise as well as multi-task on a daily basis
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and be comfortable communicating with employees across all levels of the business
- Be a strong team player, have self-motivation and also be able to also work on your own initiative
- A competent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise jobs
- Keen attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Prior experience gained in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum of 2 years route planning/logistics experience (desired)
- Experience with CRM bespoke systems and route planning software (desired)
- A full driving licence
