Our leading defence client, has an exciting opportunity for an Project Accountant to join the team.

You will be responsible for all maintenance of programs financials on a timely basis. Managing all costs and risks whilst monitoring the actuals are within budget and are correct.

The role is based in - Rugeley

Duties include
- Focus on Program costs and ensure they are complete
- Review weekly/monthly timesheet costs
- Analyse actual program financials and forecasts
- Monitor program cashflow reporting analysis
- Assist managers with projects and excel reporting tools
- Quarterly program cost reviews
- Understanding of program cost accounting and project accounting
- Degree in Accounting or Finance - Advantage accounting qualification
- Experience with GAAP, IFRS accounting standards
- Able to present financial information
- Has problem solving and analytical skills
