Job purpose

We are looking for a motivated, resourceful individual to join our team as Product Uploader (previous experience would be beneficial). You will be responsible for writing product descriptions using your knowledge of jewellery & watches to showcase the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Updating website content and product information via CMS. (Magento)
- Ensuring the delivery of daily/weekly uploading and on the website.
- Adhering to deadlines and campaign launches.
- Ensuring product placement and imagery are in line with the website aesthetic.
- Creating short, persuasive product summaries, utilising SEO knowledge.
- Visually merchandising the website, ensuring products are displayed in a creative manner.
- Writing Product Descriptions for a wide range of products.
- Proofing & editing images before uploading.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment.
- Basic understanding of image editing software.
- Experience in creative writing.
- Experience in the Jewellery sector
- Experience with Microsoft packages including Excel.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

We offer a friendly, informal but professional environment and understand the importance of looking after the team. This role is based in Kidderminster head office and isn’t suitable for remote working or agency. Remote or Hybrid working will not be considered

This role would be suitable for a recent graduate with an interest in a career in E-Commerce
