**As an Admin your main responsibilities will be**:

- lays an important role in overseeing the delivery of work and maintaining day to day operations in contributing to the successful delivery of work priorities within timescales and budget.
- identify and deliver activities to provide fully operational SPS Facilities
- Identify and implement process improvements that can be made to enhance the running of the team's day to day duties.
- Manage and co-ordinate the shared inbox, disseminating information to Grade 6 and DPs.
- Manage and maintain a log of outstanding actions to ensure all returns are made within the timescales and deadlines provided.
- Arrange meetings and provide secretariat by preparing and co-ordinating papers and maintaining key governance documentation.
- Keep the team fully informed of plans and possibilities, escalating risks or concerns to ensure levels of service are maintained.

**You'll have relevant experience in**:

- post holder would be expected to have 12 months experience in a similar role.
- building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior management
- demonstrate good planning and organisational skills, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and have experience in preparing project papers/documentation.
- Ability to work to tight and competing deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.
- 4 GCSE's including Maths and English (Desirable)
