Area Controller

Pro-Clean UK is looking to extend our management team with the appointment of an Area Controller for the South West. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day to day service delivery and management of employees across the South West in order to ensure that there is no disruption to area operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The position of Area Controller is exciting and fast paced role where every day is different. The main duties of this position are outlined below, though this is not the extensive job description.
- Oversee day to day operations across sites within a pre-defined area.
- Manage employee schedules, including the setting of working hours.
- Ensure that employee time sheets are submitted on time and accurately.
- Track employee activity to ensure capability and conduct standards and expectations are met.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers and the general public.
- Monitor and effectively manage stock levels across sites, requesting replenishment as necessary.
- Deliver training to employees as directed by senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure standards are upheld and clients are satisfied with the service delivery.
- Liaise with clients to address and rectify any concerns.
- Lead on recruitment within the relevant area.
- Implement the company’s policies accurately, including disciplinary, grievance, professional conduct and absence management procedures.
**Required Experience**
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience within the cleaning industry,
- Have a full UK driving license,
- Have a good knowledge of IT systems,
- Have good interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
