No evenings or weekends.

This is a full time role and involves taking the lead of breakfast service, coordinating a busy and high achieving team and to ensure the best possible dining experience for all our guests.

Our award winning restaurant has 90 covers and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 365 days per year to a wide range of diners, all of who must have their expectations fully met in our busy 61 bedroom, four star hotel.

A sense of humour is essential, as is a big smile, and a commitment to providing the highest standards of relaxed service. We want our hotel to be at the forefront of providing genuine hospitality so you’ll need to walk the walk - there is no place to hide in our team.

A salary above market norms is provided, along with uniform, staff discount in the main hotel including The Working Boat and the opportunity of joining a dynamic and high achieving team of professional staff.
