**The role in brief**

**What will you be doing?**
- Working within a very busy sales and rental team.
- Providing regular feedback on viewings and properties.
- Assisting with business generation.
- Various AD-Hoc administration office duties, being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to obtain and retain business.
- Registering potential customers.
- Arranging and attending viewings.
- Liaising and negotiating between buyers and sellers.
- Close deals.
- Canvass for new business opportunities.
- Achieve re-agreed targets.

- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key.
- Well-spoken and well presented.

- Excellent organisational skills and punctuality are of upmost importance.
- Extensive sales and rapport building skills.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.

**It would be great if you have (but not a dealbreaker)**:

- An experienced estate agent would be preferred, but not essential as full training will be given as part of the job.
- Experience in up-selling / cross - selling additional services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of using Estate Agents’ systems, training in specific company software will be provided however.
