- Renowned Healthcare Organisation are looking for an Interim Data Protection for a 3 - 6 month contract to help lead the data protection team. This role will have a broad scope and will involve writing and amending policies, providing advice to the business and leading a small team of 3.

Please note this role is inside IR35 and fully remote.

THE ROLE

The Data Protection Officer will be responsible for:

- Advise on complex data privacy queries
- Provide data protection advice on offshore transfer and processing and storing data
- Implement systems, processes, procedures and controls relating to a data driven business
- Work closely with ICO
- Undertake Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Manage a small team of 3

YOU

The ideal Data Protection Officer will have experience of:

- Will have prior experience in a DPO position
- Have a deep understanding of GDPR, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
- Ideally have worked within a Healthcare business
- Experience of undertaking data protection impact assessments
- Have previously worked with the ICO
