We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, conscientious individual to join our team within Head Office as a **Reservations Assistant**, based at our Blairgowrie Holiday Park.

This role is focused on supporting all six Holiday Parks, providing an exceptional level of customers service, dealing with all guest enquiries and bookings throughout the customer journey. This is a permanent position, working approximately 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, with additional hours to cover holidays and peak periods. However hours may be negotiable, please state in Indeed questionnaire how many hours you would be looking for weekly if 30 is not suitable. Our offices are open from 8.00am-8.00pm 7 days per week and your days/hours will be worked on a rota basis which will require weekend shifts.

**Requirements of the Reservations Assistant**:

- Experience in hospitality, customer service and administration
- Passionate about providing an exceptional customer journey
- Excellent communication skills and upbeat professional phone manner
- Methodical with the ability to follow procedures and processes
- Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your role
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high standard of IT skills, being able to work with a variety of software and Microsoft packages

**Responsibilities of the Reservations Assistant**:

- Leading the customer through the customer journey from point of contact to customer review
- Using IT packages daily to make bookings and update customer notes on our Elite Software and additional packages
- Taking time to build up relationships with regular customers and exceed customer expectations
- Monitoring and managing customer feedback
- Working within a fast-paced environment
- Working with other Head Office teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing an out of hours evening on call service (on a rota basis)

Salary starting from £10.90 per hour depending on experience
