**The Role**

As part of this role, you will advise on a diverse range of legal matters including:

- Partnership and LLP Tax advice
- Corporate Structures and transactions
- Tax warranties & Tax Covenants
- Shared Ownership, Incentive Schemes
- Drafting of tax reports for corporate transactions

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Corporate Tax Associate with 3+ Years of PQE
- You are looking to enhance your business development skills to grow a strong network of clients.
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships
