Corporate Tax Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead our corporate tax function across the North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and development of our corporate tax team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the corporate tax team in Manchester, covering the North region
  • Manage a team of corporate tax professionals and help grow and build an offering in the North
  • Support on complex corporate advisory work, including share schemes, restructuring, mergers, demergers, due diligence reports, and more
  • Manage WIP for the corporate tax team
  • Contribute to business development and help grow the business in the North
Requirements:
  • Strong Senior Corporate Tax Manager or Director experience
  • Proven track record of running, building, and developing corporate tax teams
  • Experience supporting on technical compliance and advisory matters
  • Competitive director-level package
  • Clear pathway to Tax Partner with a well-established practice
  • Opportunity to help build a tax service line in the North
  • Autonomy to build and grow a team in your own way
