**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a vital member of our nursery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our nursery environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks and support functions, contributing to the overall success of our nursery. You will be responsible for conducting regular safety checks to uphold health and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of our children and staff. This includes maintaining accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations. In addition, you will manage various administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will play a key role in assisting the nursery manager and staff by organising meetings and events, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Your professionalism and organisational skills will contribute to the smooth running of operations. **Please note that this is a Term Time Only vacancy.**

**ABOUT YOU**

While an NVQ Level 3 in Administration is desirable, your commitment and dedication are what truly set you apart. Possessing certifications in First Aid and Health and Safety would be advantageous, but your proficiency in administration is what truly shines.
