Role Overview

This role is at the heart of our growth strategy, requiring a blend of creativity, organizational prowess, and a genuinely positive attitude. You'll develop engaging marketing content, organize memorable events, and support our sales team, all while communicating effectively in both Mandarin and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Content Creation**: Craft compelling marketing materials and digital content that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our tutoring services' unique value in innovative ways.
- **Event Organization**: Take the lead in planning and executing educational events and webinars that engage students and promote our brand. Your ability to organize and manage events will play a key role in our marketing strategy.
- **Bilingual Communication**: Utilize your excellent Mandarin and English skills to create and distribute content, ensuring our message connects with a diverse student base.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with lead generation and customer service, bringing a positive and proactive approach to every interaction.
- **Performance Goals**: Strive to meet and exceed KPIs, using your creativity and organizational skills to boost our marketing and sales efforts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our team, sharing your creative ideas and positive energy to enhance our collaborative efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about the latest trends in education and marketing, using this knowledge to inform your creative content and event planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creative content creation and event organization, preferably within the education sector.
- A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to inspire others and maintain a constructive outlook, even in challenging situations.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of making data-informed decisions to guide marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
