**YOUR ROLE IN PRODUCT SUPPORT**:

- Positively handling 2nd Line support issues
- Troubleshooting, triaging, and attempting to resolve issues reported by users
- Creating product defect reports, investigating, escalating, and managing these with the development team
- Supporting the test team to create, review and implement system test plans, scripts, and harnesses
- Updating customers with the progress of their support issues
- Creating training material and product documentation, reviewing, and updating when needed
- And much more. This is a fast paced and busy role.

**NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Have knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or another GDS systems - this is essential
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident and patient when dealing with customers
- Be able to work well in a team, being committed to quality work
- A keen willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
