ND Care & Support are looking for some truly special people to join our team of Community Support Workers. You will be joining our Community Support Team who provide care and support to children and adults to pursue their personal interests and hobbies. This is a fun and varied role where you will be supporting our service users to access activities in the community, such as sporting activities, shopping, community centre, parks, and any other activities they wish to do
**What can we offer you?**
- New starter bonus of £250
- Refer a Friend bonus of £150 for both you and your friend if they start with us
- Visits paid in full, not minute by minute
- Paid mileage at 40p per mile
- Flexible hours and set shifts, including 2 weekends off per month
- Career progression opportunities (including supporting to achieve QCF Level 2 & 3 qualifications)
- £10 per hour on weekdays
- £10.50 per hour on weekends
**What do we need from you?**
- Full driving licence/ but not essential
- Be happy to travel in the community to provide care
- Be able to commit to set shifts each week (minimum of 4 hours per shift)
- Be aged 18 or older
**Who are we?**
ND Care & Support provide a range of bespoke domiciliary care services for children, young adults, and older people throughout Wales. Since 2010, our aim has been to help improve the quality of life for individuals with specialist care and support needs in our communities. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
