To our Member Services teams helping members with everyday product reviews and choosing the right subscription for them. Our member Operations & Experience colleagues are as member focused as you can get.

We are a small but influential training team and have a respected voice where operational performance and training strategy is concerned. We support the Member Operations & Experience teams with their onboarding, business change and skills development. To do that we're looking for a generalist trainer who is keen to roll up their sleeves and play their part in making commercial and operational impact. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Contribute to the successful delivery of induction courses to new starters across all MO&E Teams. Supporting line managers through the onboarding process. Including cross skilling of existing colleagues across all teams and contact channels
- Support business process changes through the delivery of high-quality training. Working with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop a blended training solution that drives the successful implementation of business change for MO&E teams.
- Work with the MO&E leadership team and Subject Matter Experts to Identify, design and deliver skills and procedural knowledge training intended to drive operational improvements and maintain mandatory skills and knowledge as required. (excluding external or regulated qualifications)
- Review and measure training outcomes to ensure quality training is delivered and that the content provides the desired learning outcomes. Taking accountability for accurate training record management and reporting in line with Data Protection Regulations

**About you**
- You're passionate about helping others to learn and succeed in their careers
- You'll have great problem solving skills with the ability to identify and implement training solutions by communicatingcomplex processes and issues to persons with varying knowledge and experience
- With a passion for supporting learning outcomes through demonstrable feedback and coaching skills
- To tie all this together you'll have Strong IT literacy with the ability to use and learn IT systems new to you with a view to training others.
- It's desirable to hold a minimum of Level 3 Learning & Development Professional Qualification or equivalent, or have the appetite to achieve this.

Our interview process usually involves 2 stages:

- Sometimes a chat with a recruiter by phone (typically 30 minutes), followed by
- An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task on a laptop
