As the Sales Administrator you will enjoy:

As the Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Sales order processing for customers located worldwide from receiving the order, containerisation and pricing the orders,
- Liaising with the Purchases order / stock processing team to ensure all sales orders are complete.
- Dealing with the international warehouses for the customer shipments in the UK, Germany, and USA.
- Raising customer proforma’s and requesting deposits were required.
- Sales Order tracking to ensure all orders are processed on time and correctly.
- After sales customer services
To succeed as the Sales Administrator you will have:
- Must have a knowledge of Sales order processing.
- A can-do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An organised approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Motivated and takes own initiative.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent IT skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems
