We are currently seeking to recruit a
**Talent Acquisition Associate - Early Careers**
***to support the delivery of our early career’s talent acquisition team. In this busy and exciting role, you will work closely with the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure provision of a full and seamless recruitment service across sites for early careers recruitment campaigns.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To co-ordinate and deliver against the annual recruitment and attraction campaigns for both the Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes, engaging with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate. This includes coordinating, booking and attending the careers fairs that are scheduled for both programmes.
- To co-ordinate the recruitment process for the Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes on an annual basis, which will include activities such as psychometric testing and video interviews.
- To manage and facilitate the end to end assessment centre and associated recruitment processes within - These include onsite offers & regrets, follow up feedback and the booking of Occupational Health & Induction appointments as appropriate.
- In conjunction with Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner develop, monitor and adhere to SLA’s for the EC campaign.Also provide reports for the early career campaigns highlighting trends and issues & showcasing the key KPI’s.
- Provide support at internal and external recruitment events related to weekly recruitment campaign management. These can include Open Days, Job Fairs, Redeployment and Networking events.
- Ensuring that all offer paperwork is completed, returned and accurately completed for the administration team to accurately file in individuals HR files. Ensure all documentation from assessment centres/interviews is maintained in a correct and orderly manner & to GDPR guidelines and internal Talent Acquisition Process’s.
- Ensure Bakkavor is seen as an employer of choice by providing a best in class early careers recruitment journey and process ensuring brand reputation is at the forefront of everything we do.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working within a talent acquisition role - preferably dealing with early careers recruitment.

Exceptional administrative and coordination skills and the ability to support with delivery of recruitment assessment centres.
