This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in planning law to take their career to the next level.

About the Position
The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in private practice, with a strong background in local government practice and Biodiversity Net Gain requirements. They will work closely with developers and landowners, negotiating and drafting documentation related to planning legislation and case law. Effective communication and negotiation skills are vital for success in this role.

Benefits and Remuneration
This position comes with a generous remuneration package, including a salary of £140,000 - £200,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as access to comprehensive benefits such as private health insurance, pension scheme membership, and additional holiday opportunities.
