The Job

The role will be varied and challenging working with colleagues within the marketing team and across the business. Key responsibilities will include:
Help devise and deliver innovative marketing campaign
Communicate effectively with target audiences
Write clear, factual material and persuasive marketing copy, and proofread copy for both online and print campaign
Maintain and develop social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and conversion
Analyse, monitor and track marketing campaign data
Work with CRM (salesforce) data to target customers, set up automated routines and improve the effectiveness of campaigns
Establish good relationships with colleagues and potential customers
Skills, knowledge & experience
Essential:
Proven marketing skills
Good data literacy and data analysis skills
Excellent writing skills, factual and persuasive
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent organisational skills with a good work ethic
Excellent IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Excellent at communications and relationships
Essential experience
Digital marketing experience (minimum 1 year)
Experience in creating compelling content
Experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns
Experience in reporting on campaigns to key stakeholders
