Sales Administrator

Aquabion are growing, and to drive that growth we’re hiring a Marketing Administrator to support our team. The role is based in our offices at Hartham Park.
**Who are we?**
Launched in the UK in 2010, Aquabion is a well-established water treatment system that operates without current, chemicals or magnets. We supply to domestic, commercial and trade markets and are part of a wider small group of separate businesses, each of us importing this high-quality product to our respective European countries.
**The role**:
This role will work in harmony alongside the Sales Administrator. Your strong background in marketing administration, organisation and efficiency will mean that you become an integral part of the business, the centre cog who keeps everything running smoothly. You will be directly responsible for digital marketing, blogs, social media posts and will assist with the sales ordering.
Your experience in working in this type of environment means that you keep a cool head when pressure is applied, you have the ability to prioritise your work, ensuring that no ‘i’ goes undotted and no ’t’ uncrossed.
You communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff, clients, customers and colleagues, always remaining approachable whilst listening to the details so that your response shows insight and offers solutions. You will, in short, deliver excellent customer service to our trade, domestic and commercial customers.
**Who you’ll be?**
You have some experience working within a similar environment, but you are also eager to learn new skills and put every effort in to availing yourself with as much knowledge as you can to be a vital part of this business. Your proactive, can-do attitude when it comes to organisation and problem solving will put you in a position of advantage very early on.
Your collaborative approach means that you support colleagues across different departments and offer your advice when you can see a more concise path, implementing new procedures to the betterment of the entire company. You bring not only experience, but a passion to grow with the business and a desire to contribute on a daily basis.
**What’s in it for you?**
This is a part time role (20 hours per week) based from our offices in the heart of Corsham. We can be flexible on when you work the hours, if it falls within our standard working day.
We’re a growing business, and this is the opportunity to support our team to enable that growth. We’re a small and friendly team who are relaxed in the office, but serious about the work we do.
We can offer a salary of £10 - £12ph - dependent on experience.
