**Job Brief**

Founded in 1985 we are a very well established ready meal business and are looking to recruit Hygiene Operatives to join our Company based in Doncaster on a full time permanent basis.

The hygiene team play a vital role in our business ensuring food safety and maintaining a safe working environment.

You will be reporting directly to the Hygiene Manager and as a Hygiene Operative you will ensure the factory, machinery and equipment, including ancillary and yard areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for completion of all relevant checklists and adhere to the cleaning schedule or tasks set by the Hygiene Manager.

**Main Duties**
- Perform a variety of cleaning and hygiene tasks on equipment, machinery and areas within the factory
- Dismantling and re-assembling of production equipment for the purpose of deep cleaning
- Ensuring all productions areas are cleaned to the highest standard
- Using chemicals and equipment such as a jet wash, steam cleaner, etc. to carry out cleaning activities
- Completing all relevant paperwork

**Salary**

Increasing to £10.92 after 1 year.
