**About the team**:
Our Accounts Receivable Team provide a first-class service to our SMB and large corporate customers, the team allocate over £100million dollars a month. The team are responsible for high volume cash allocation ranging from £20 to Millions of Dollars so attentionto detail and accuracy are key.
**What you will be doing**:
The Senior role is to help support the Team manager and wider team to meet daily and monthly SLA's. As a Senior you will lead and motivate a team to ensure daily objectives and SLA's are met. You will take a lead on upskilling new starters with systems andprocesses and help to identify training needs within the team. You will be the first point of contact for escalations and complex queries you will take ownership of issues to ensure they are resolved within a timely manner. There will be opportunities to workon projects and drive process improvements and identifying improved ways of working in the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deputise for the Team Manager
- Creating MI collection and analysis
- Cash allocation
- Refunds
- Representing failed direct debits
- Query escalations
- Team training
- Lead team in manager absence
- Potential to assist/lead in project work
- Other related duties assigned as needed

**What you bring**:

- Some people management or leadership experience
- Experience of producing reports or MI
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills including advance Excel and solid numerical skills
- Must be able to work in a fast moving, challenging environment - must be highly motivated and able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Must be confident communicating at all levels

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Experience of payment/banking systems
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of driving process improvements

This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Seniors will be needed to align office attendance with training, meetings and ad hoc business requirements.
