Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company with a rich heritage. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales within your branch, achieving excellent customer service, and increasing profitability. You'll prospect for new customers, nurture existing relationships, and identify upselling opportunities - all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Duties**:

- Achieving ambitious sales targets set by the branch/management
- Cold calling new customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth
- Processing sales orders, quotations, and purchases
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across departments

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar Internal Sales Specialist role (merchant or distributor preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can build rapport with anyone
- Strong customer focus with the ability to handle arising issues efficiently
- A "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
