Village Heating Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and meticulous person to join us as a Fleet Administrator in our HA3 offices.

Working alongside the Operations/ HR Administrators, you will be responsible for essential administrative tasks within the team. You will work together to ensure that processes are designed, established, and followed, that operations run smoothly and that other professionals within the organisation can focus on performing their roles.

**Salary**:£27,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

**Hours of Work**:8:00am-18:00 Monday to Friday

**Contract Type**:Full Time

**Fleet Administrator Duties**:

- You will be the main contact for engineers for any vehicle related issues.
- At VHL we use 'Fleetio' as software for record keeping of the fleet, it will be your responsibility to keep this system updated with all vehicle movements.
- You will learn to support the organizing of MOTs, servicing, maintenance, repairs and operation of the Company fleet; working to build great relationships with service agents, lease companies and others, your role will be integral to keeping our engineers on the road and completing works.
- You will be required to drive the company vehicles to MOT, service appointments or to arrange van swaps for broken down vans.
- Arrange a schedule and carry out periodic van condition audits.
- In addition, you will be involved with organising the day-to-day operations of the London fleet including but not limited to the management of parking, parking tickets, congestion charge, updating of vehicle movement to company vehicle insurance, vehicle Fuel cards, Vehicle tracking etc.
- Actively research the market to find the best deals with fleet related purchases.
- Report on KPl's and key functional metrics to reduce costs to improve operational efficiencies on fleet management.

**Fleet Administrator Requirements**:

- GCSE passes in English and Maths would be an advantage.
- Must hold Valid Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to research online.
- Agile, adaptable and willing to take on tasks for personal development and team benefit.
- Keen to learn to use industry-specific software and administrative procedures.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written.)
- Willing to undertake professional development and training.
