HR Administrator

up to £29,250

We are recruiting for a passionate, experienced, hardworking and motivated, part-time HR professional to work alongside our well-established Operations and service teams. Supporting the day to day running of able2achieve, as an HR Administrator.

The best part of this role is seeing your guidance support someone achieving their goals, dreams and being part of making this happen. Relating to Staff and learners alike

You will be expected to proficiently use and learn IT systems to ensure up to date accurate information has been recorded, an analytical mindset is a must.

Adjure and be a beacon of best practice for the company advising as per policy.
Support managers with recruitment, support bookkeeping with payroll and general HR administrations.
- These shifts will be completed over three shifts a week Monday
- Friday, again we could possibly be flexible on the dates.

About the role - In addition:
This is a diverse and exciting role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Support with the smooth operation of the service, including use of Dynamic HR system ( We will support you with this) upkeep of staff files under GDPR, recruitment and onboarding life cycle and upkeeping processes being it, sage payroll, administrations inputting and support with any concerns/ grievances/ disciplinaries etc.
Serve as a role model to a team demonstrating excellent practices and sharing skills.

Being passionate in working within a2a’s values and mission statement.

Being CQC compliant,

The person we are looking for is:

- Highly analytical, proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A good communicator who can initiate and build strong relationships with your team.
- Proactive and a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for growth
- 1-2 years in similar role experience preferred but not essential

What will I need?

To be considered as an HR Administrator you will need:
Previous HR experience
- The ability to prioritise workload, manage your own time, delegate tasks and meet deadlines.

The personality to develop positive working relationships across able2achieve

Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, practice and provision.

Have Level 3 CIPD and be willing to work towards a Level 5.
