We have an opportunity available for an Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team based within our office in Wigan on a hybrid working basis.

Support will also be given in the recruitment of any Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Point Installers, Meter Reading Operatives and any other specialist and strategic roles at all levels as and when required.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday on a hybrid working basis. You will work from home, with at least 2 days per week in the Wigan office at a salary of £26,000 per annum.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience, particularly with a focus on volume recruitment and working to deadlines is required.
- Previous utilities industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Good level of education (GCSE/A-Level or equivalent),
- Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ideally have experience in maintaining ATS databases.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills at all levels
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- A positive mindset and attitude
- Resilient with a great work ethic

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure all jobs are filled according to the specification and within agreed timescales using methods such as posting job adverts, head hunting and direct approaches.
- Develop, drive, and manage strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
- Enhancing job descriptions and rewriting postings for internal and external use
- Support continuous improvement as it relates to materials for interviews.
- Support the hiring manager with the entire recruitment cycle.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies, keeping abreast of market intelligence and industry trends including legislative changes.
- Ensure job adverts are compliant with the Equality Act 2010
- Update the ATS accurately to maintain data integrity and for reporting purposes.
- Identify areas of process improvement in relation to your areas of responsibility and feed back to the Recruitment Manager
