**About the Role**

As a Production Line Leader, you'll report to the Production Supervisor and oversee the efficient operations of the department, ensuring daily production targets are met. This role specifically entails working during the afternoon shift.

**What will I be doing?**

In the role as a Production Line Leader, you will ensure the smooth operation of the production teams and the achievement of production targets. Here are key responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate production teams to maximise productivity and maintain high morale.
- Ensure production targets are met consistently through effective planning and coordination.
- Monitor machinery performance and promptly report any issues to relevant parties for resolution.
- Oversee the completion of all paperwork in accordance with existing procedures to maintain accurate records.
- Uphold internal standards for quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with Company personnel policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
- Follow disciplinary procedures as outlined in Company policy to address any issues effectively and fairly.

**A Few Things About You**
- Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, facilitating clear and effective interactions within the team and across departments.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate individuals toward common goals.
- Aptitude for organisation and leadership, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity levels within the team.
