**Your new opportunity**

**Fountainview **in small Adult Care home set within Quarriers village who are currently recruiting a part time **Female Support Worker **to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

We **deliver care to 7 people** who have a wide range of support needs, who live within our cottage with their own bedrooms and ensuites. As a Support Worker you will be providing support with their personal care and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, some these include; keeping them safe, taking part in activities & interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.

Please note we manage shifts on a rotational basis where staff work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support and will include working weekends. **Premium **rate of **£11.88 **paid between **midnight and 7am.**

- Good IT & communication skills.
