Your Move Low Fell operates under the umbrella of Your Move Chris Stonock, a respected franchise comprising a network of 14 branches across the North East region. As a family-owned business, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and employing high-calibre marketing strategies to serve our vendors and landlords. Our commitment to prioritising the well-being of both our customers and staff has been fundamental to our historic success and will continue to drive our future endeavours.

**The Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the team in providing excellent customer service
- Driving market appraisal appointments to maximise listing opportunities
- Assisting the Branch Director to drive sales
- Providing support and promoting our Auction proposition for customers seeking quick and secure property sales
- Offering and supporting our three lettings service levels tailored to the needs of our landlords
- Providing support and promoting our conveyancing and financial services to maximise revenue from these income streams
