Bude, United Kingdom Darwin Escapes Full time

This is a **permanent **position to work **part time** hours. This will be 30 hours across 4 days which will be Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with an occasional Sunday on a rota basis.

Typical shift times will be any of the following 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm or 11am - 7pm, these times may change during peak periods and flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**On-call hours will be included on a rota basis.**

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Maintenance Assistant will
- Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site.
- Deliver linen boxes to accommodation on change over days.
- Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.
- Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days.

**Requirements**:
Previous maintenance experience is preferred. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
