- HR0147742The Advertising, Marketing & Student Insight team are recruiting for a Senior CRM Officer to lead on the planning, creation, delivery and development of the University's Customer Relationship Marketing activity.

This creative and varied role will contribute to increasing conversion through the student journey from enquiry to enrolment, across all of its key student markets: Undergraduate Home, Postgraduate Home and International (UG & PG).

You should be an enthusiastic communicator with a firm understanding of the role of CRM activities within integrated on and offline marketing campaigns and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will feel confident in using data to make decisions and be able to spot trends and opportunities for future initiatives through the customer response to your activities and data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the planning, creation, delivery and development of the University's CRM marketing activity for prospective students across all markets.
- Line management responsibility for a high-performing team of CRM staff; supervising team performance and development and planning & organising the work of the team.
- Evaluation of campaign MI and data analysis to support decision making and develop strategic CRM activity.
- Database management and maintenance.
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships to explore evidence-based unique selling points and ensure CRM campaigns are integrated into University and faculty-specific marketing plans.
