Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
- Escort residents to appointments or outings when required
- Deliver high-quality home care services to meet the needs of residents

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a supported living accommodation or similar setting is desirable and essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Compassionate and patient demeanour when caring for individuals
- Ability to work well within a team and independently as required

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (required)

**Experience**:

- support worker: 1 year (required)
- working in mental Health support worker: 2 years (required)
- supported living accommodation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- care training certificate (required)
- training certificate (preferred)
