Saker Risk Solutions are offering a unique position, to work alongside a Residential Block Management Company, assisting with their Fire Compliance across numerous blocks of flats in the local area.

**About the Role**:

- Conducting visual, non-intrusive, fire door inspections to ensure they meet compliance across a large portfolio of residential blocks of flats.
- Delivering accurate reports and recommendations to the end client.
- Liaising with residents to explain the requirements and follow the development through to signing it off as compliant.
- Closely working with the Health & Safety team within the Management Company, contractors and Fire Officers.
- Proactivity, staying abreast with current fire legislation, maintaining your CPD, attention to detail, and maintaining and consistently delivering a high standard of work are also crucial elements for this role.
- Work will be split between working in the office and out on site. Work from home is not preferred, however can be considered on occasions once fully trained.

**Essential**:

- A full UK driving licence is essential and a requirement to be insured for Business Use.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Qualifications within the Fire Door Industry welcome. (Desirable but not Essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Strategies. (Desirable but not Essential)

**Hours of work**:
Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00
No Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Some out of hours work may be preferable, so work hours may be flexible on occasions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
