Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials to meet the company's operational needs.

**Duties**:

- Source and purchase materials, products, and services following company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing
- Analyze market trends and conditions to anticipate changes in supply and demand
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain and Logistics to optimize procurement processes
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
