**Classification Specialist - German Fluent**

**Overview**

Our client, a multinational e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join their Taxonomy Team as a Structured Data Configuration Specialist. This role will support global research initiatives to define Meta data andstructure their extensive inventory within the Motors Sector.

**Location**: Richmond, London

**Salary**: £220 per day Inside IR35

**Contract Length**: 11 Months

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse site metrics and user behaviour data to inform design decisions
- Research Home & Garden specific products and market trends to identify standard and non-standard ways of defining products.
- Collaborate with global counterparts on taxonomy designs.
- Define and document global metadata standards.
- Work with Taxonomy Managers to maintain the category change roadmap.
- Understand selling flows and how data collected there translates to front-end user experiences.
- Contribute to process optimization.
- Identify, develop, and implement routines for ongoing data quality assurance.
- Localize Meta data for various markets, depending on language expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Bachelor's degree from a University or equivalent experience, with strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- 2-3 years of business experience preferred, but willing to consider graduates.
- **German Native Speaker**:

- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong data-based decision-making ability.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of cloud-based work services such as G Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of bug-tracking system JIRA and/or agile framework is a plus.
- Strong customer focus.
