**_Up to £60K + Package depending on experience_**

We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-disciplined valuation and surveying firm, that specialise in financial valuations, property advice and providing high quality advice to insurers, risk managers and brokers.

Following their extended period of success, they are looking to expand their team and are seeking a skilled Reinstatement Cost Assessments Surveyor to join the organization and provide high quality RCA’s across all business sectors.

This is a perfect opportunity for a confident Building, Quantity or Valuation Surveyor who is interested in having a variety of workload and focused on long-term career progression, as you will have the option to potentially own shares.

You will be joining a team of welcoming, hard-working individuals and will be mentored and supported by the experts in the field

This opportunity involves regular travel around the UK with the chance to work internationally.

**The Role**:

- Undertake desktop and on-site reinstatement cost assessments across a range of property types.
- Produce professional bespoke reports.
- Knowledgeable in industrial and commercial property for reinstatement cost assessments.
- Provide solutions for clients.
- Prioritise workload individually.
- Confident in providing technical insights to clients.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- MRICS qualified or similar, preferably
- Self-starter
- Knowledgeable about Construction and how buildings are made
- Happy to travel
- Willingness to learn
- Able to build and maintain client relationships
- A full UK driving license.
