**Job Description**:
The HR Shared Services Team at PA processes all administration elements of the employee lifecycle from job offer through to our employee's leaving PA. We are the first line for HR queries within the business and provide support to the HR Business Partner team. We are a team of 12 facing a very busy period where we are completing an average of 1100 processes per month. It’s a busy and friendly environment, where no one day is the same
Due to the current busy period following the implementation of our new HR System, Workday, we are looking for a HR Assistant to join the team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to help us with administration processes. This will include being in charge of our shared inboxes, completing reference requests for current and past employees, entering absence into Workday and running reports alongside any other HR Administration duties which may arise.
**Qualifications**:
The role requires time management and organisation skills, attention to detail and good communication with our stakeholders which include our Payroll, Tax, Security Vetting, IT, Recruitment, Business Partnering and Learning and Development teams. No experience within HR is required.
