**Job Description**:
You'll work in our Global Expenses and Payroll Team which is a part of the group Finance Shared Services team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Approve Expenses ensuring they are in line with Policy
- Communicate with Employees to help with any problems submitting claims.
- Process pay cycles twice a week.
- Run reports requested by other teams within PA
- Run reports for forensic and duplication checking
- Clear expenses held up in Peoplesoft by liaising with MIPAC Administrators
- To prioritise and manage workload, including BAU work with ad-hoc requests
- Building relationships with key Finance personnel and Corporate stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent numerical skills and a logical approach
- High attention to detail and being proactive and self-motivated
- Relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
- Positive attitude, takes pride in what they do
- Enthusiastic team player, who works at building relationships
- Ability to respond to different demands and prioritise workloads
- Continually strives to improve
- Highly self-motivated with an eagerness to learn new skills
- Logical thinker and communicator
