**Job description**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Agent to join Estates and Facilities based at Police HQ in Winsford.
You will be part of a small team providing professional and customer focused first line business service support, liaising with customers, colleagues and 3rd parties by phone and face to face, in order to log calls, perform diagnostics, update and resolve/assign calls as appropriate.
