Recruitment Administrator

We are looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic person to work within a fast-paced recruitment team. The role requires somebody who is detail orientated and has strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
A background of working in an NHS recruitment environment with strong knowledge of NHS Jobs/Trac would be an advantage, but ultimately, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn and has a passion and interest for recruitment.
We are aspiring to be the support and transformation service of choice in activities relating to health wellbeing and care. This builds on our core values and it is important that we add value for our customers and the system. This will enable SCW to grow and have the most impact and in so doing offers our people interesting work and rewarding careers.
You would be seeing recruitment from an ‘end to end’ perspective, which includes key tasks such as:
- Ensuring paperwork received is fully completed and audit compliant
- Advertising the post within agreed timeframes
- Setting up interviews
- Generating offer letters and contracts
- Carrying out on-boarding checks in line with NHS Employers regulations and legislation
